Leading sustainable caterers, Eden, launch Fine Dining Service

Eden Caterers, the London event catering firm leading the way in sustainable catering has today announced the launch of it's Fine Dining service which expands on an already successful business providing high end produce for events and functions in and around the capital. The service will be suitable for weddings, corporate, private and gala dinners, receptions and product launches.

The launch is the result of a collaboration with executive head chef Adrian Collischon, whose culinary creations have graced the likes of St James's Palace, The Carlton Club & Trinity House to name a few. With 20 years in the industry Adrian has cooked for royalty, politicians and celebrities in private homes and venues throughout London & Essex.New dishes offered by Eden Fine Dining will include the finest local, UK, seasonal ingredients.

Westminster trained chef Adrian, 36, said: "I am thrilled to be working with Eden, having seen how the company has grown under the stewardship of Hugh (Walker) and Nick (Mead)."Their commitment to using sustainable, locally sourced great quality ingredients fits perfectly with my own ethos and I'm looking forward to making some hungry people very happy."

Eden is the UK's most active sustainable catering company, and adding Eden Fine Dining to the existing Eden Express and Eden Events packages now allows clients to use the services of a truly sustainable company for any occasion. Adrian's company Simply Fine Foods, including its workforce, will operate under the Eden Fine Dining name as part of the collaboration.
